In conjunction with our letting service we offer an optional on-going management service for landlords. Each landlord will be appointed a manager surveyor from our property management department, who will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the property. Some examples of the service includes:

	Rent collection
	Payment of property related costs e.g. service charges
	Maintenance, key holding and security monitoring
	Preparation required prior to a tenancy including inventory check-in and check-out
	Maintenance checks
	Compliance of current safety legislation
