HHY are the Building Consultancy and Project Management division of EA Shaw and provide services and expertise to our clients on commercial and industrial properties throughout the UK.

We are a small specialist team who pride ourselves on the speed of response and the quality of service that we provide to our clients, and are committed to working on quality assured management systems with a high degree of Partner/Associate involvement.

Our client base comprises institutions such as Royal London Asset Management, Standard Life Assurance and Scottish Widows Investment Partnership, property companies such as

Prestbury, Derwent Valley Property Holdings, Capital & Counties and P&O Developments Ltd, as well as carrying out professional services for solicitors, accountants, and a range of owner/occupiers.

HHY are project managers for the redevelopment of Premier House in Dover Street W1. The brief was to replace the existing 1960s building with a modern office building that would respond to the character and scale of the surrounding area in a contemporary way. This project is due for completion in March 2009
