Centre Point, London’s most historic tower building has become fully occupied for the first time since it was built in the 1960’s, thanks to EA Shaw’s involvement as letting agents over the last 5 years.

Targetfollow the owners, have secured the final two lettings on the 25th and 29th floors to The French Press Association and Onalytica, an advertising analysis company, at rents close to £50.00 per sq ft. When Targetfollow purchased the building there were 12 vacant floors accounting for approximately 25% of the total floor area. It is now regarded, as it always should have been, as one of London’s most iconic buildings.
