Nick is an Equity Partner, and head of Management. He has over 21 years experience in the property market, and has worked on a wide range of commercial and residential properties, for a variety of clients.
At EA Shaw, Nick leads a team of property managers, facilities managers, and client accountants, who work together to ensure clients’ properties are efficiently managed, and the maximum value is extracted from property assets.
Nick is responsible for all health and safety procedures, and liaison with external consultants. Nick develops business, gives our clients advice about their properties and helps them manage their portfolios. Nick’s raison d’être is helping clients find ways to make more money from their properties.
