Lisa has over 23 years experience in the residential market, with 17 of those spent in central London. As head of our residential department, she manages the sales, lettings, acquisitions and developments teams. She heads a team of 15 negotiators, who work across the central London region, including Covent Garden, Soho, Midtown, and Mayfair.
Lisa specialises in development consultancy advice, space capitalisation, and maximising values for clients, giving clients the benefit of her experience, and excellent attention to detail. She operates across the full range of activities, from completing complex valuation and development appraisals, to agreeing the fine detail of layouts and furnishings for new developments.
